ahhhh... Life gets weirder and weirder, doesn't it?
Welcome to Sophmore year at James Logan High School, where the school is perfect...
...ly like a prision.
Yep. The gates aren't new, but that doesn't mean that they're not unnerving anymore. For those of you who've been to Logan, you might have seen the chain-link fences around the "Big Green" area at school. The one next to the parking lot, that one street that looks like an alleyway next to Marina Foods. Yeah... Notice how they curve up and over the sidewalk of the street. They say that it makes it easier to keep people out, but, in case of an emergency, to let us get out easier.
I get the keep people out part. You have to be a gymnast or a contortionist to be able to scale that fence and get into school.
But let us out? Have you seen how high the top of the fence is off the ground? By the way it hangs over the sidewalk, you can't climb up the inner side and climb down the outer side. No, you have to drop down....
And it's like a 5+ foot drop... Owwwch...
Anyway. Schedule isn't bad. Except for having fourth period lunch. That sucks...
The homework load is totally different from last year. A huge jump when you have all Honors and AP classes... But, hey, what do you expect?
WCEO Super TA meeting tomorrow. Trying to wrap up as much homework as I can tonight...
... Although... doing this totally delays it, but who the fuck cares, right?
Life is as boring as it's ever been. On the plus side, what's really changed? Not much...
But on the neg. side... what's really changing?
Ponder that for a year or two...
